The coveted Nantucket Bay Scallop season starts in November and ends in March. They are carefully hand-shucked on the island and then delivered to us ocean-fresh - never frozen.

These bay scallops are never soaked or treated with preservatives. Their sweet and delicious flavor has made these scallops some of the most sought-after in the world.

Bays are much smaller than sea scallops. Our Jumbo Sea Scallops are U-10s, meaning you get 10 scallops per pound. The bays are U-60s, meaning you will get approx. 60 bay scallops per pound.
