How do you ensure the seafood stays fresh during shipping?

We pack all orders in heavy-duty insulated coolers with high-quality gel ice packs. This 'cold chain' environment ensures your seafood maintains a safe temperature from our Maine facility to your doorstep.

When will my order arrive?

We offer overnight and two-day shipping options. Orders placed by 10:00 AM EST Monday through Thursday are typically shipped same-day. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your package leaves our facility.

Do you offer a quality guarantee?

Yes. If your seafood does not arrive in excellent condition or if there is any issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos so we can make it right via refund or replacement.

Is your seafood sustainably sourced?

Absolutely. We work directly with local Maine fishermen and reputable suppliers who follow strict sustainable harvesting practices to protect our oceans and the longevity of the industry.

Can I freeze the seafood I receive?

Most of our products are shipped fresh and have never been frozen. While we recommend enjoying them fresh, you can freeze them upon arrival; we suggest using vacuum-sealed bags to maintain the best texture and flavor.

What happens if I am not home at the time of delivery?

Our carriers are instructed to leave the package at your door. Because our packaging is designed to keep products cold for up to 48 hours, your seafood will remain safe until you return home later that evening.
