The Story
Brine Stone Oysters are grown by local oyster farmer Marlow Kendall, who is pictured below delivering oysters to the SoPo Raw Bar and Seafood Market. Marlow grows his oysters in the nutrient-rich waters of the New Meadow's River - out of Brunswick, Maine. The Brine Stone's have become a big hit at SoPo, notably for their super deep cup, delightful briny flavor, and smooth finish.
